When can I check in?

To ensure our cleaning staff have enough time to prepare your apartment before your arrival, the earliest you can check in is from 4.00 pm.

When do I need to check out?

You must check out of your holiday apartment by 10.00 am at the latest, so we have enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

What facilities are available at Rosengaarden?

You can look forward to a large, green garden with a sunny terrace and barbecue, a modern fitness room with treadmills, free weights and exercise bikes, a shared laundry room, a well-equipped shared kitchen, and a cosy dining and lounge area with seating, a TV and comfortable furniture.

Do all guests have access to the shared facilities?

Guests staying in the apartments in the main house have access to the shared facilities in the main house, including the shared kitchen, dining and lounge area, and fitness room. Guests staying in the annex do not have access to the shared facilities in the main house, but can instead enjoy the separate garden behind the annex.

Is Wi-Fi available in the apartment?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

What do I need to bring for my stay?

Your holiday apartment is bright and modern and includes a small but well-equipped kitchenette with hobs, a fridge, a microwave and tableware. You will need to bring your own consumables, such as food, washing-up liquid, toilet paper and personal hygiene products.

You will also need to bring your own bed linen and towels, unless you choose to rent them from us. You can add a linen package to your booking when you book your stay. The linen package is ordered per person and includes a duvet cover, pillowcase, sheet, one large towel and one small towel.

Can I bring my dog to Rosengaarden?

Yes, dogs are very welcome at Rosengaarden, and all our apartments are pet-friendly. If you would like to bring your dog on holiday, simply remember to include this when booking your stay.

As dogs require additional cleaning, a cleaning fee applies when bringing a dog. Dogs must not be left alone or unattended in the apartment or anywhere else at the resort. You must also walk your dog outside the property.

Is there parking at Rosengaarden?

Yes, there is a large parking area next to the main house, so there are plenty of parking spaces.
